Welcome to Laurieknowe SRC.
Welcome to Laurieknowe Squash & Racketball Club (LSRC), the home of the newest, greenest and most dynamic squash and racketball club in the town of Dumfries. We have a fully-renovated facility, boasting the town's only glass back-walled squash courts, LED flat-panel court lighting, an extensive fitness suite and a spacious and attractive reception/lounge area featuring a coffee bar and pro shop.
Our ladies and gents changing rooms and accessible toilet have been totally refurbished and modernised and also feature LED lighting. We are the first squash and racketball club in Scotland, if not in the UK, to install a biomass boiler for all our heating and hot water, and estimate that our CO2 saving will equate to around 30 tonnes annually.
The club has monthly internal mini leagues for both squash and racketball, club nights for adults and juniors as well as a variety of competitions for members throughout the season.
For those who take their squash more seriously, LSRC has teams that play in the Dumfries & Galloway Leagues.
We are affiliated with Scottish Squash & Racketball Ltd and are members of West Squash and Nithsdale Sports Council.
